  • 88: Corrected error about myopia and reading; revised acuity discussion.
  • 113: Identified Charles Dana as a primary source for tale of Tad's defective palate.
  • 130: Added Figure 182 to further illustrate atypical lips in MEN2B.
  • 134: Added "or be normal" to legend of figure 134.
  • 135: Added reference to eyelid lump in Figure 174.
  • 143: Re-worded to be consistent with Dana's first-hand description (page 113).
  • 174: Multiple photographs show mass in right eyelid.
  • 177: Footnote mentions sun exposure and vitamin D as possible disease modifiers.
